I finally got around to filming an updated apartment tour! I've lived in my apartment for a year now and quite a lot has changed since my original tour video. I hope you enjoy! Let me know what you think!

So, as many of you know from Tumblr, I've been kind of going through a rough time lately. I've been dealing with a lot of side effects from new medications, along with depression and constant panic attacks. So, yesterday, I finally decided to get out of the house and try and take my mind off everything. First, my family and I went to dinner at our favorite Indian restaurant, Saffron. My mom and I shared one order of Navratan Korma and one order of Mutter Paneer. It was scrumdiddlyumptious! Then, after dinner, my mom and I went to the mall to do a little shopping. I was bad, though....for the past 2 months I've been on a self dictated, "beauty-ban." Which, basically meant, I couldn't buy any beauty products for 2 months. I almost made it to the 2 month mark...if I had just held out 'til April I would've been golden. Alas...I cheated. ;) But, I'm not sorry about it at all!! I'm way too excited to be mad at myself! Muahahaha! Plus, I figured, I really deserved to treat myself to a little retail therapy after everything I've been dealing with. ;) So, anyways...here are some pictures of all my new goodies!!
I went ahead and bought the, "Unzipped," shadow palette by Lorac I posted about the other day! So excited!!! This is probably all I will be wearing for months. ;P
This awesome Sephora lipstain is to die for! It's really neat because the lipstick itsself is see through! It looks like jello! It is described as a lip balm...although, I actually think it's pretty drying, and goes on more like a lipstain. So, I recommend using a chapstick over it. But, I really love it, because it goes on clear, and then turns into this beautiful berry flush on your lips. And because it acts like a stain, it has long lasting stay-power! It's really neat!
I also bought this cool Owl t-shirt I found in this awesome hippie/Indian store called, Earth Bound, that recently opened up. They had so many neat knick knacks and home decor in there, too!
My mom bought me this adorable Hello Kitty sweater from Macy's. Hopefully we'll have another cold day soon, so I can wear it before next winter!
And, finally....this freaking amazing Owl piggy-bank!!! My mom bought this for me last weekend at Hobby Lobby, but I never got around to showing it. I'm seriously so in love! Plus, it matches my room perfectly!

A couple of weeks ago, my mom reminded me that we still had my old Disney figurines stashed away. I was so excited that I just had to go look for them! I hadn't seen them since I was 12 years old or younger, so I couldn't even remember what all I had! As I unwrapped each piece, it felt like Christmas morning all over again! Hehe. So, last weekend, my mom and I went shopping and selected this beautiful, mirrored, shelf to present them on in my bedroom. The shelf is perfect in my room, too, because it's got that black, floral, filigree that matches my bedspread! I'm seriously so happy to have these little guys back in my life! Disney fangirl forever!!! Now, if I can just find a way to keep Lilo & Stitch from knocking around my precious childhood heirlooms... ;P

Over the weekend, my mom and I did a little shopping for something to do. While we were at the mall, we popped into Sephora because I had heard that Philosophy came out with a new perfume called, "Love Sweet Love," and I wanted to try it. I already have one of their fragrances called, "Falling in Love," which happens to be one of my top favorites of all time. The new one is quite nice, too. I believe the notes were grapefruit, mango, and vanilla. While we were in the store, I walked passed the Lorac aisle and spotted the most perfect neutral eyeshadow palette in existence! It's called the, "Unzipped," palette, and I just love the mix of rosey tones, mauves, and toupes! I'm currently on a beauty-ban, where I can't buy any makeup for 2 months since I already own so much. However, now I know exactly what my first purchase will be once this second month is up! I seriously love it so much, I feel like my life depends on owning it. ;P
